OBGYN 's  Response
Hello,

Return of ovulation is observed in a couple of months after the effect of the Depo shot wears off. In your case, this doesn't seem to have happened. I would ask you to see a specialist for a proper evaluation and plan further management. Hormone assay, a sonogram and pregnancy test are needed. Maintenance of a healthy lifestyle is also important.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.

Regards,
Dr. Shanti Vennam, OBGYN
