How Long Will Hemorrhoid Take To Cure?

Good morning i have hemorhoid and i did surgery last febraury 2016 and i think my hemorhoid now is reapering, i have medical test this coming 20 of july because im applying for governmnet position what could i do to pass my medical test? Is there anything i can do? My hemorhoid is just a little im afraid i will failed my test

Hemorrhoids are common in patients with spinal-cord injuries, constipation, chronic diarrhea, poor bathroom habits, postponing bowel movements, and a poor-fiber diet. Hemorrhoids tend to get worse over time, and it should be treated as soon as it is diagnosed. Several surgical and non-surgical techniques are used to treat hemorrhoids. What type of surgical procedure you have undergone is not clear from what you have written over here. Probably I think surgery was not complete and your hemorrhoid has recurred. At time stage you must go to your surgeon. He will better guide you about further action. There are some preventive measures which I can tell you over here. Those are
1.     Include fiber in your diet. Food sources of fiber include legumes (such as split peas, lentils, black beans, lima beans, and baked beans) whole grains (such as barley, bran flakes, oatmeal, and brown rice), vegetables(such as artichoke, green peas, broccoli, and Brussels sprouts) and fruits(such as raspberries, pears, and apples)
2.     Drink 4 – 5 liters of water daily
3.     Avoid weight lifting
4.     Avoid straining while defecating
5.     Avoid coughing
6.     Syrup lactulose (Syrup Duphalac) 2 teaspoonful per oral at bed time if you have constipation
