hi I have a sore shoulder,,i cannot lift my left arm up my doctor gave me 25mg prednisolone im going skiing in 4 days time will my shoulder be fixed by then 2 years ago for my other shoulder I got a quarterzone needle that worked in 2-3 days thankyou thanks
