Hello and thank you for asking HCM.

I have read your report and my answers are as follows:
Your liver enzymes correlates with the excessive amount of alcohol that you have used. (as you have mentioned above)
GGT is a liver specific enzyme that indicates the state of alcoholic liver disease . Drinking raises GGT, so an elevated GGT in active drinkers will not accurately indicate disease. With abstinence, GGT should fall quickly back to normal range, typically within 30-90 days depending from the amount of alcohol used, our diet, our health ect.
Same time needs ALT to normalize.

So to be sure that your enzymes are back to normal, and your liver has no problems, these enzymes need to be checked again after 90 days. If even after this amount of time, the enzymes are high than farther tests need to be done.

During this time, you need to follow a no alcohol diet.
Also:
-low fat diet
-fresh fruit and vegetables
-eat fish
-Grains
-Nuts
-Olive oil
-Try as much as you can to not use medications like paracetamol (tylenol)

Bear in mind that excessive amount of exercises or even stress can cause elevated levels of AST/ALT (not GGT) so you need not to worry to much for the levels that you actually have.

If you have any other question, feel free to ask me.
