How Long Will It Take To Cure Bacterial Vaginosis?

I completed six days of vaginal metrogel (bacterial vaginosis), followed a week later with five days of Terazol cream (yeast cells), followed a week later with oral Tindamax (bacterial vaginosis)--eight 500 mg tablets over two days time. I completed the Tindamax two days ago. Should I feel relief at this point? Also, my nasal sinuses now feel swollen and raw. Any connection?
