How Long Will It Take To Cure The Leg Sprain?

Hi I broke all metatarsals in october of last year; I had surgury and three pins were placed in my foot; at the end of november the pins were removed and was put into another cast, the middle of january I had the cast removed and was put into a walking boot with no weight bearing, in Feb i was then able to to weight bear on crutches, in april i was out of the walking boot and walking, with some discomfort and pain, now yeasterday I was outside running around and came crashing to the ground, i went the emergency room and they told me that i might have sprained it, will this ever be better? When does something like this heal all the way?
