How Long Will It Take To Recover After Taking Metronidazole, Cipro & Zofran For Diverticulitis?

I m taking Metronidazole, Cipro & Zofran for diverticulitis with one more day left. I m 69 years old. My bowl movements are dark & soft and I am messing my underwear sometimes without even knowing. The small bowel movements are several times a day. How long will it take to get back to normal after these medicines are done and do I need to take probiotics or something to help?
