How long will marijuana stay in my system? I'm 130 pounds, almost no-fat (mostly muscle), I exercise/work out at least once a day for 5 to 30 minutes, I drink constantly but will be drinking alot of citrus products for the next week. If you are a daily smoker, it takes about 3 weeks to get the level down in the body to test negative for THC. You can buy a THC kit in the pharmacy and test your own urine to see if the test you will be taking will be positive for THC.
