How Long Will Recovery Take From A Mild Disc Bulge At L4-L5, Leg And Hip Pain?

My son while playing cricket had a lower back pain and diagnosed with mild diffused disc buldge at l4 l5 and mild anterior thecal sac indentation with no newral compression one month back but now he is having pain in left leg and some time in right leg we are taking physiotherapy regularly now he is having pain in left hip , doing some exercises how much time will he recover.
