How Long Will This Medicine For Knee Replacement Continue?

my mother (age 75 years)has underwent total knee replacement. After 45 days she has been diaognized with acute left popliteal DVT and after giving therapeutic doses of clexane & Injec frax has now been put on acitrom 3 mg. how long would this medicine continue now.
