How Long Will Vitamin C Tablet Take To Dissolve In Throat?

Hello,

I've swallowed a large vitamine C pill today and I think it got stuck in my throat. I've had lots of water and some bread and other food to no avail. I still have to try apple-sauce and yoghurt. How long does it take for a normal vitamine C to dissolve in the throat? I can normally eat, however at any time I feel that there is something stuck there. Thanks for your time.
