How Long Would It Take To Recover After Removing Adenoids?

Hi my 15yo daughter had her adenoid removed and had bleeding after op which meant had to have 2nd op , She is a competitive swimmer and is keen to go back to training we were told after surgery 4 weeks is it possible to swim in a salt water pool instead of chlorine and was also told no exercise that would raise her blood pressure but we didn't ask the time frame on this but local doctor said inflamed after 3 weeks we have another 9 days before we see the specialist again
