Haemoglobin of 10.5 is low but not very low as to be concerned but since it is less than normal range 13-15mg/dl ;you need to take some iron tablets for 2-3 months & it should be fine.

The normal adult Hemoglobin levels differ for male and female, for males it is between 13 to 18 mg/dl and for females it is between 12 to 16 mg/dl.
As your Hb level is on the lower range , it is better to take action before it falls down more .
You could start modifying your diet with foods containing iron as in green leafy vegetables, liver meat,fruits, etc. Also start on Iron supplements and continue for 3 months and this will increase your hemoglobin levels .
