Hello dear Understand your concern Cytotec tablet should be taken under observation of gynecologist to terminate the less than 9 week early intrauterine pregnancy after USG scan. 800 ug vaginally/orally should be taken, if no bleeding/cramps another two dose should be take every 6 hourly under observation of gynecologist. Do not take extra dose without observation as it cause erratic bleeding, severe cramp. You should consult the gynecologist for pelvic examination to know the status of abortion. If after 3 dose still no bleeding , you should go for surgical abortion process to abort because you should not continue the pregnancy as it cause malformation of fetus/damage to fetus. Generally after taking pill bleeding will start with in 1-2 hour, you can take bath after 8-10 hour once abortion process is started. Avoid bath just after taking tablet vaginally a chance of fall of tablet. You should go for USG scan after 14 days to confirm the completeness of abortion process.
