i am 27 years old, single woman.my height is 5 ft and weight is 54 kg.i want to know,before and after how many days from the periods girls should avoid yoga ,walk and skipping?

Until and unless are suffering from dysmennorhea i.e. painful periods and Menorrhagia i.e. heavy bleeding in periods i dont think there is any reason to discontinue walking/Yoga/Exercise
