How Many Doses Of Rabipur Should Be Taken After A Dog Bite?
Hi Doctor.
My son was bitten by the stay dog on 30 Dec 13. I t is only scratch but the slight blood was visible then doctor prescribed Rabipur the one was given on 30 Dec 12. Today one more . Three injections are left. It is alright or any other medication to be followed.

When bitten or scratched by stray dog, first step is to repeatedly clean the wound with fresh water. Complete course of rabipur you have to take as you have started. Take three more injection as required. Give tetanus toxoid also.
