How Many Folicle To Be Fertilized ?
My wife folicle study on 17 th day LH OVERY-23X23MM,15X15 MM& RH OVERY 20X20MM,19X19MM ,17X17MM. That day HCG 10000 injegtion given my wife.We were intercousred 18th & 19 th day. Any possible to get pregancy. How many folicle to be fertilized.

Fertilised follicle can only determine by follo up usg.
There is a chance of conceiving.(your semen should be normal)

You have not mentioned the complete report of follicular monitoring. Single sonography is inadequate to take decisions. Follicular monitoring must start from 7th day of menstrual cycle, onwards for reliable interpretation.
Minimum size of mature follicle must be 18 mms. provided it was not more than 10 mms. on day 7 of menstrual cycle.
After injection of HCG, ovulation occurs within 36 hrs.
If your sperm count is adequate, your wife stands a good chance of conceiving, provided above mentioned criteria are all full filled.

we can not always says the result will be positive always at single try. but if your sperm count is good you and you couple are young the chances of getting positive result is high. but make sure ur wife don't have any tubal block
