How Many Times Meftal Can Be Given To A 12 Years Old?

hello doctor, my 2 year old daughter weighing 12 kg s having fever 102 for the past 2 days on and off in nature. today afternoon i started meftal 3.5 ml. then fever subsided. now she s having 100 deg fever.noew can i give meftal or else crocin. pls suggest me doc.. thanking u
