How Much Omnacortil, Bronchodilator Syp And Paracetamol Should Be Given To A Child??

My daughter 5yrs 9 months old, 18 kgs, had wheezing and coughing and fever problem, omnacortil ( prednisone ), Brochidilator syrup and antibiotics with paracetomol 250 mg syrup was prescribed, 2.5ml,5ml,1tablet of 200gm and 4 ml was given respectively, Kindly advise how ideal the dosage is, and was also told to drink plenty of water.
