How Much Pradaxa Can Be Taken For The Treatment Of Atrial Fibrillation?

I m taking Pradaxa for Afib.150mgx2 per day. Why am I on such a high dose? If 75mg a day is suffIcient to thinning blood..why am I not on a safer dose.?? I ve read up on this horrible medication and it is known to cause fatal bleeding . Brain and gut..!! linda

bleeding time and clotting time should be done.can stop medication for some time. consult your treating doctor.
