How Much Care Is Required For Patient Born With Chromosomal Translocation And Having Mitral Valve Condition?

James was born with chromosomal translocation. He was born on 08-31-85. He is now 28 years old. He also has a prosthetic mitral valve condition. He was involved in an auto accident on 08-26-05 and sustained a traumatic brain injury. How much care does he require due to the chromosomal translocation? Is he able dress himself? Is he able to take his own medication? Does he require basic supervison for safety issues?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
If his condition becomes neurologically deficit because of the accident, then he will be in need of continue nursing care, because it said to be double jeopardy, if his cns status is intact then he could do better as he was doing before the accident it may not be big problem, take care of him and have nice day.
