How Much Is My Husband Prone To Heart Attack With GF 60%?

My husband is 86 kg, obesed by 17 kg,he is diabetic but his diabetics is properly controlled, he is diabetic for the past 8 years, he is 39 now. In his tmt test result says he has provocative ischaemia and in his echocardiogram test he has diastolic dysfunction. He has global GF 60 percent and in his tmt he had achieved 88 percent of his target in3min 30sec and his O2 saturation is 97 to 99 percent. How much he is prone to heart attack and can his heart diseases be reversed.

I really appreciate your concern certain risk factor are there and that's more important than the investigative reports, if person has got no risk factor like, family history, obesity, smoking, stressful life, alcoholic, diabetic, hypertension, then borderline changes could cause infraction, and if these factors are not there then obvious changes does not cause any thing wrong within short period of time and this changes can be managed medically with excellent result, now here nothing to worry much but care has to be taken, hope this information helps you have good day.
