How Much Sleep Does One Need Prior To A Hormone Test?

Due to infrequent periods and bad cramping the doctor has order that i get my hormone levels checked. When i went for blood work the other morning the nurse told me that for the specific hormone that they are checking ( i think it was Progesterone ) that i needed to be awake three hours prior to the text because that is when the hormone reaches its peak. Is it a problem if i only sleep 3 and half hours and then wake up for the exam wain three hours and go ? or do i need a full nights sleep?

It is alright even if you go after less sleep. As long as you are awake for 3 hours, it's fine.
