HI, I don't think that with a high level of transaminases your check up may finish here I mean and recommend two important viral markers to be done: HBs Ag and Anti HCV. Meanwhile a gradual lose of weight just a diet for decreasing your cholesterol, and Vit E 100 mg three times a day and Silimarin 14O mg three times a day for a month could be begun.
