Hello,
You have scabs all around in your labia that is causing you itching and is also bleeding. Take care of your hygiene and avoid use of irritants such as abrasive soaps or strong fragrances. Wash the genital area gently and do not shave red, swollen, or affected areas. Avoid any kind of sexual activity. Do not touch, pick or scratch.
Commonly female genital sores occur due to infected scratch, sexually transmitted infection (STI), a chronic skin condition, or
vulvar cancer. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a
Urologist. Get STD tests done to detect
genital herpes, genital warts,
chancroid, syphilis, etc.
Bumps and lumps around your vulva that bleed or don’t go away can also be signs of vulvar cancer and will require immediate. Your treatment will depend on the diagnosis made, STIs, such as genital herpes, are incurable but outbreaks can be treated with medication.
The sores can be treated with topical and oral medications to relieve pain. You will be treated with antibiotics,
antiviral medications analgesics, etc. You can take
acetaminophen, one stat when required to get rid of pain, inflammation and soreness. Applying ointment
hydrocortisone will help to relieve itching.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
