How Must Sudden Severe Heartburn Be Treated In A Chain Smoking Teenager?

Hy I used to smoke around 30 cigs per day and sex like once in a week and masturbation twice a day and my age is 19 and my weight is 99 around. I hadn t any pain ya anything. And today I hadnot eaten anything from morning as I was busy in my work and smoked around 15-20 and started a bad heartburn ya pain..even I had taken my dinner and 350ml around cold milk and still my heart is like paining ya burning.please help me what to do
