How Often Can I Give Meftal-P To An Infant With A Persistent Fever?

May daughter 6month old baby,,she is having fever from day before yesterday,,am giving calopol n it s not cmng down,,and now I given meftal-p ,,I want to know how many times in a day I can give her,,r any other antibiotics required,,giving sponge bath also when she bcom her fever increased
