HI
Thank for asking to HCM
The x-ray of chest would reveal the condition of obstruction if it is there, so in my opinion the x-ray study of chest would be best, but if you do not have any symptoms which may indicate the COPD then why to go any where for this, you can have word with your GP, and in my opinion no need to worry about this you do not have any clinical sing and symptoms of pulmonary obstruction, take care and have nice day.
