How Risky Is Pregnancy At The Age Of 46?

I am forty six years my first baby born nine and half years ago I had high blood pressure from age twenty four. So I had c section on my eight months pregnency. Now I have mass in overy and my menstrual period is very little this year. I am o negetive blood group. If I get pregnant now ,is that very risky that I can die.

After 35 years of age pregnancy has many risks like miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, pre eclampsia, diabetes, polyhydramnios, chromosomal abnormalities in baby, problems during deliver., but if you want a baby these problems can be avoided by prenatal testing, proper consultation and care.
