How Safe Is Cocaine As Pain Reliever On Being Diagnosed With Tonsillectomy?

This question is for a friend of mine who was nervous to ask so I offered to.She has a tonsillectomy a week ago and she has substance abuse issues and wants to know what could be possible affects if she used cocaine as a pain medicine? I advised her not to but not being a substance abuser myself I cannot comprehend her neediness to use or know if it s even ok.She wants to know if it will cause swelling or will it harm the healing process in any way?Thanks you in advance for your assistance in this matter. She is just starting to feel better and I don t want her to do anything that will set-back her reovery.Thanks you,M

Dear patient,

cocain is a highly dangerous drug and can effect the wound healing in a bad way, so it is not recommendable for pain management. In fact it is not recommendable at all due to a lot og neative effcts on your friends health also. Please rather use safe and effective pain medication like ibuprofen as advised by your doc.
