Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic,
A small percent of people develop allergic contact dermatitis to minoxidil. In most of these situations it is not minoxidil which causes allergy but the base of the solution in which minoxidil is dissolved like propylene glycol. If I were your doctor, I would change Mintop 10% solution to Mintop 10 % foam preparation where the base is different. This will be more costlier than solution, but definitely less than Qsera.
Hope this helped,
Take care.
