How Safe Is Zobone Injection For Broken Femur Following A Slip?

I am 45 yr male, I have been suffering from ankylosing spondylitis for past 25 years, my back bone is freezed , have had both THR , broke my femur four months ago following a slip. can zobone injection be of any help for me ? do you recomend any other medicin ? I feel my back bone is curving , my rt leg is about 3 inches shorter after wrongly done hip replacement.
