Hi,
As per your symptoms, it seems that you have set into early labor; the discharge is more likely to be the show that appears as membranes separate from the uterine wall. If this is your first pregnancy, you may take quite some time until you get into active labor. Please keep a watch on the vaginal discharge; if you notice any membranes leaking, report immediately to your doctor. Monitor the fetal movements, get proper attention if they decrease. Get help if you have back pain associated with increased tightening of the abdomen and radiating to the thighs. Wish you safe motherhood.
