How Safe Is Nature Made Multi Complete Liquid Softgel For Sleeplessness?
I use melatonin, 3 mg, to aid in sleeping. However, I recently purchased, by accident, Sleep distributed by Nature Made Nutritional Products, one softgel, consisting of melatonin, 3mg and L-theanine, 200 mg. How safe is this sleep aid? Is there an advantage of this product over melatonin, 3 mg?

You can safely use melatonin supplements for a sleep aid. You can easily find it otc in supermarkets. They are highly safe and you can continue to take 3 mg.
