How Safe Is Taking 300mg Of Zoloft Per Day?

I was just organising my weekly meds (bipolar 2) I'm supposed to be on 150mg Zoloft daily in the form of 3 50mg pills. I have just noticed my box is 100mg pills!! So for 2 weeks I have been taking 300mg a day of Zoloft. It actually says to take 3 a day too. My psychiatrist is away for 2 more weeks, do I keep taking this dosage or drop back to 150...I'm worried about the side affects but I'm also worried that it's double what I'm supposed to be on. And 100mg above everything I can find on the maximum dosage
