How Safe Is Taking Advil For Body Pain And Sore Throat?

Hi, within 3 hours of work this morning I was having extremely intolerable all over body aches mainly focused at the joints/spine. Later in the day I became lethargic and developed a sore throat. I took 440mg of Advil. Three hours later my temperature was at 102. My temperature is now climbing.
