How Safe Is Taking Colchicine And Plaquenil?

Dear dr,i've I have rheumatoid arthritis.Mediterrranean fever. Treated with colchicine,plaquenil, and recently my Git symptoms have flared uncontrollably belching---etc. I just want to live normally---taking antiacids, eucarbon tablets H2 blockers nexium40 nothing works ? Currently in med school(constant stress) studying exams ---urgently need help.Together with a depressive tendency whether from plaquenil?
