How Safe Is Taking Krimson 35 For PCOD And OCP?

My gynaecologist had prescribed me krimson 35 for pcod problems as well as an ocp. iam 27 and married. however the product monograph of this medicine suggests that it should not be used as a long term ocp. i had it for 4 cycles and did not experience any major side effects. I want to know that is it safe to continue with it? Or should i switch to something else?
