How Safe Is Taking Losartan Potassium For Back Spasms And Cramps In Legs?

Hi I have had lower back spasams and sometimes cramps in my legs. I have been taking losartan potassium for almost a year now, can this be from the medication? I have been taking a regiment of vitamins lately one of which is potassium/magnesium, because I undertand it helps with the cramps and spasms?should I stop and or do you think the blood pressure meds our causing the spasms?
