Am a female aged 57.About 4 years ago got detected for hyerthyroid,was treated with neumercazole tablets.My medications were tapered,and I would repeat my tests as advsed by my secialist doctor.Of late,have been experiencing severe,heat,general weakness,and bone pain.So got my T3 T4 and TSH done,and sked my sonologist to do a thyroid scan.The reports are as followsT3 Serum by CLIA 2.67,Free T4,1.46TSH Ultra Sensitive)serun by CLIA 0.54Neck sonography was done with 5 to 12 Mhz probe.Rt lobe of thyrid glad slighty enlarged.Multiple small hypoechoic nodules seeen in both lobes of thyroid glas.Some show cystic areas.The nodule in rt lobe posteriorly shows evidence of calcification and measures 8x7 mm.There is another oval nodue seen at the lower ole of rt lobe measuring 8x5 mm Both parotid and submandibular glandss are normal.Neck vessels normal no evience of any lymphadenopathy seenin neck
