How Safe Is Taking Prostap Injections For Large Fibroids?

I am about to have the prostap injections for very large fibroids. Iam concerned of the side effects that women have experienced eg: headache period pains etc. Also curently because of my large fibrods, my stomach is very large, will this eventually reduce, due to the ibroids shrinking?
