How Safe Is Taking Rocefin And Bentelan Injection For Chest Infection?

i have had a bad chest infection and my left lung is very tight and painfull when breathing but i am on rocefin and bentelan injections. do i need to go back to my doctor or is it normal that it hasn't resolved yet. i have been on these since sunday night.
