How Safe Is Taking TB Novelon To Avoid Pregnancy?

My LMP is 29/09/12 & i want to avoid my periods from 24/10/12 till 10/11/12, I am already taking an anti-depressant, Would Tb. Novelon for 21 days starting from 21/10/12 a good choice or is there any interaction between two medicines,?Moreover as it is a contraceptive,so is there any need of other precaution for avoiding Pregnancy?

TB Novelon does not interact with your routine drugs and doesn’t cause any adverse drug reactions. No additional contraceptives are required dieting the time period. However, 21 days is quite long and it is not recommended for this much long duration.
