How Safe Is Taking Zenflox Plus For Fever?

My son(19 yrs) in midst of 12th board is having fever for last 8 days. Widal Test/ Optimal Test/ Dengu Test all negative. one dr suggested. Oflomac(ofloxacin) + paracetamol. When it still did not work another dr suggested zemetril (cefprozil). he took zemetril + paracetamol for 5 days. he gets fever and it begins with feeling cold. Now the1st dr says to go with zenflox plus (ofloxacin & cefixime). I am confused. He cannot study and he has board 12th exam after a few days
