How Safe Is Taking Zorodol TH For Lumber Spondolysis?

My age is 57, i have lumber spondolysis associated with compression of nerve ,X ray shows L1 compression , I have pain in right leg while standing & walking , otherwise no problam. Doctor prescribed me zorodol TH- 4 mg, It is not much effective,I am taking traction, SWD & IFT daily & doing lumber exercise daily two times since last 20 days. I am not getting any remarkable relief in pain. While standing I havv symptom of trigling( like mild current in leg, Pl help
