How Safe Is Taking Epilim For Epilepsy?

My daughter is on Epilim for epilepsy. She was sick during the night due to a vomiting bug which has hit most of the children in our family. Is it ok to give her her twice daily epilim as she hasnt eaten a thing this morning other than having a sip of 7 up.
