How Safe Is Taking The Following Medication For Heart Disease?

Sir, I am Upendra- a 47 years of male and suffering from Heart disease(CTGA & PAH) since by birth(as per opinion of the attending Doctor P.K.Sahoo, Cardiologist of Bhubaneswar Apollo Hospital). He has prescribed the following medicines: Accitro2 mg., Torsinex tab-10 mg, clavix tab-75 mg. & Arginetric sachet-30 mg. per day. I am facing the breathing problem during walking, running , climbing steps or taking exertion. Please advise your opinion for using above medicines for me or some alternative suitably. The Doctor advises that the case is not surgical so you have to take medicines life long and avoid exertion. Please give your advise for me please.

You are advised with the right choice of meds according to your heart condition and is advisable for you to get a chest X-ray and Echocardiography again to add another medication like sildenafil for PAH.
