Hello Diagnosis is clear , now question is not getting relief . Let me explain few things. Rifampicin 's dose is 30 mg / kg body weight once in day ( single dose , not divided due to its plasma half life) Althrocin ( erythromycin ) I don't prescribe this drug to my patient in tuberculosis . Ibugesic is anti pyretic and benadryl is antihistaminic . Now your doctor advised prednisolone ( wysolone ) and disprin . If I would be the treating physician of this patient I would recommended rifampicin + isonex (R cinex P ) & levofloxacin 10-12 mg / kg once in a day . If tuberculosis is there patient will respond from FIRST dose and there will not be fever from first dose. In my opinion consult a pulmonary & chest physician and get his opinion ( 2nd). Good luck for children.
