How Safe Is To Take Minocycline And Accutane Together?

I am currently on my 3rd month of taking a combination of minocycline and accutane. My doctor has prescribed both and told me that it is all right to take both at the same time. However, I just read that taking both at the same time is very serious and can cause brain swelling. I have yet to experience any severe side effects during my 3 months of taking both at the same time. Would you recommend to keep taking both? Or cut the minocycline?
