How Safe Is To Take Duphaston To Regularize Periods?

I am 31 years old. I just went to Doctor for check-up last June 10,201. I told my ob that I have irregular menses. She prescribed me to take duphaston 10 mg twice a day for 10 days. She tell me that medicines makes my period regular at the same time help me in getting pregnant. Is that ok to take medicines? what shall I do? need your advice. thank you Doc.
